Aerotek is hiring Process Leads for a Food Processing company in Royal City, WA.
**What you will be doing…**
· Oversee daily production operations within anassigned area to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.
· Coordinate and guide team activities to meet production targets and maintain smooth workflow across shifts.
· Monitor production processes and quality and process control measures to ensure adherence to established standards.
· Support and enforce compliance with safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing
Practice (GMP) requirements.
· Maintain accurate documentation related to production, quality checks, inventory, and process control activities.
· Assist in managing inventory and supply chain coordination to ensure materials are available for continuous production.
