Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: In this role, you will drive HR excellence through operations with a problem‑solving mentality and operational focus. Hub HR Specialists collaborate across regional hubs with specific HR business partners, managing data across geographies. They proactively plan and manage key points in the year, ensuring accurate data entry, flagging issues, and promptly resolving problems, along with timely and accurate document processing. This role will support the HR processes in the Americas, ensuring legal compliance, and rigorous adherence to timings and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), including accurate data entry, documentation, and timely processing.
• Generate business letters using Adobe Sign and Workday‑integrated workflows.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and secure documentation within People Systems (e.g., Workday).
