Responsibilities Tactical and Strategic Sourcing Support.(1)Support requests for qualifications, requests for proposal, requests for information, and other Cases as requested.(2)Coordinate and conduct kickoff meetings with the appropriate stakeholders to confirm expectations on the scope, scale, duration, timing, and deliverables of each sourcing event. (3)Create and maintain a project plan for each sourcing event to assist communications among team members. Confirm that the appropriate Client team members are informed on key activities such as Vendor participation, documented deliverables, and time allocation requirements. Obtain Client approval for project plan. (4)Actively collect, document, validate, and optimize functional, technical, and commercial requirements and data to perform the sourcing event, including from prior sourcing events supported, Vendor managed templates, and any other relevant sources of information.
