Position Summary

The Process Improvement RN Prog Mgr leads facility or CBU level initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, patient safety, and outcomes in a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities include educating, coaching, and mentoring process improvement for MHS employees; designing and executing facility or CBU level improvement strategies; assisting with data analysis, conducting workflow assessments; and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions.
