Elevate operational efficiency as a Process Improvement Lead, reporting to the Plant Manager. Drive quality initiatives and support team projects through hands-on engagement and documentation.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, paired with over five years of relevant experience. You will execute process improvement projects, facilitate change through a DMAIC approach, and coach operations teams during product start-ups and transitions in manufacturing. Your technical expertise will be essential in supporting quality specialists and ensuring effective knowledge management throughout all departments.
