Job Description

Our client, one of Canada's leading banks, is looking for a Process Improvement and Business Analytics Consultant to join a high-impact transformation team in the payments space. This role focuses on modernizing payment operations through automation, reconciliation, AI-driven solutions, and business process improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Contract: 12 months (extension possible)

Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week (Monday & Tuesday)

Location: Toronto, ON
