You will use Lean methodology and other process improvement tools to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive operational excellence. You will work with stakeholders, support training, and help build a culture of continuous improvement.

Support Lean transformation projects and initiatives.
Map current and future business processes through job shadowing and interviews.
Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
Assist in creating presentations for stakeholders with data and results.
