We are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst for a full-time, on-site position based in Iloilo. As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing performance data and identifying key areas for improvement to enhance customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
College degree (any field)
At least 1 year experience in a BPO setting
Quality Analyst experience is an advantage
Healthcare experience is a plus
With good communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
