Job Role: Process Expert - UK/Lloyds Insurance - Claims function Must have worked in Lloyds market and should be well versed with Broker, Syndicate, Consortium, MGA workflows. Thorough understanding on ECF/Class Claims Settlement and reviewing IMR and CM & TA messages. Job Description: Understand the UK/Lloyds Insurance/ Claims function end to end. FNOL & SNOL Settlement Document Management Should have a basic understanding of the insurance policy and Claim life cycle. Must have knowledge of end-to-end Lloyd’s broking process Must have good knowledge of insurance terms premium, deductibles, claim etc Good written and verbal communication, and a team player Strong analytical skills Analyses and synthesizes information/makes decisions based on policies.
