Job Description
- Manage end-to-end Philippines payroll processing while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established payroll calendars and service levels.
- Perform day-to-day payroll operations including payroll input validation, employee data maintenance, payroll calculations, adjustments, deductions, and reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippines tax regulation, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other labor laws.
- Hands-on experience processing payroll for medium to large employee headcounts, ensuring high standards of data integrity.
- Experienced in supporting multiple clients, delivering payroll services and client reports within stipulated timelines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
- Capable of independently supporting client accounts, coordinating payroll activities, resolving issues proactively, and meeting client expectations with minimal supervision.
