Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who ensure that checks/inspection are carried out for Shainin initiatives in services such that processes are in line with the defined processes meeting organisational goal.


He will be responsible to support to build a strong culture of learning, which focusses on competency building of its employees with dedicated training initiatives and to ensure to meet training KPI as per Business process


Key Responsibilities:

  • Use of shainin tools to analyse and continuously improve the service performance and reduction of variability in service performance
  • Check action taken are sustainable for improvement projects that improve quality performance to ensure that each process stage operates at a high process capability
  • Prepare interactive training content and ensure its quality, alignment with the training objective...
