Process Excellence Specialist

The Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, implementing Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies, and driving automation and digital transformation initiatives. The position also supports cross-functional collaboration, process documentation, and data-driven decision-making to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field and has at least one year of experience in time motion study, process design, optimization, data analytics, and root-cause analysis.
