Role Purpose

  • Drive and support operational process for efficiency and effectiveness improvement. Ensure that an organization’s day-to-day activities run efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with its strategic objectives.

Key Activities

  • Analyze and improve ocean freight workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Map and document current and to be processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for inefficiencies.
  • Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities.
  • Support implementation of new tools and technologies.
  • Monitor compliance with company global standards and regulatory requirements.

Project Management Office (PMO) Project Lead

  • Steer and manage local deployment projects, coordinating closely with relevant stakeholders
  • Spearhead local performance/process improvement projects.
