Job Summary:

As a Process Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our Global Business Services (GBS) organization striving to reach world class standards within GBS. Based in our Bangalore GCC, you will support global transformation projects, working closely with cross-regional finance teams to enhance service delivery, optimize processes, and embed a culture of operational excellence- utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven professional with a passion for process improvement and a strong understanding of GBS/GCC operations.
