Process Excellence Analyst

We are looking for a Process Excellence Analyst to analyze, design, document, and continuously improve business processes for our client in Dubai, a large semi‑government entity. This role requires strong experience in process improvement, SOP development, and operational excellence to support efficient, compliant, and scalable operations across the organization.

This is a permanent role in the organization and reports to the Process Excellence Lead in the Business Excellence & Transformation department.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities
• Develop current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process maps using standard BPM tools
