Process Engineering Technician

Job Description

We are now seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Process Technician to support our client's production and engineering teams. In this role, you will assist with shop floor setups, diagnose and resolve quality and process challenges, maintain and update documentation, and train team members on standard practices. The successful candidate will help ensure that methods, tools, and processes are optimized for safety, efficiency, and quality. Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working closely with senior engineers, you will play an integral role in driving continuous improvement and enhancing process reliability.

Job Type: Full‑time, permanent.

Location: Ingersoll, ON

Shift Structure: All 3 shift bi‑weekly rotation (days, afternoons, and nights)

Location of tasks: 75% on the shop floor and 25% office work.
