Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Engineering cum NPI Engineering Manager to lead process development and new product introduction activities within our Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth product launches, robust manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement across high-mix, low & high-volume electronics production. The successful candidate will drive collaboration between design, production, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality, and scalable solutions.
