Job Description

The Heidelberg Materials (HM) International Business Service Centre (BSC) provides administrative, transactional and accounting services to in-scope HM companies.

The Process Reengineering Senior Manager will work to re-engineer end to end processes and systems, to support delivery of the Heidelberg Materials synergies and automation roadmap.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • BSC expert on in-scope processes and systems, with detailed knowledge and conceptual understanding of relevant end-to-end processes to design the future processes.
  • Provide process and technical leadership within projects to drive the move to standardisation, automation and near shore service provision.
  • Understanding of relevant in country processes so that end to end touchpoint removal can be achieved.
