Process Engineering Manager

The HT Group is partnering with a well-established Aerospace & Defense/PCB manufacturing company in Valencia, CA to identify an experienced Process Engineering Manager for a direct-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a proven leader with 8+ years of experience in a PCB manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of RPM scheduling, hands-on team management experience, and a demonstrated ability to oversee and drive the ECO process.
