Process Engineering Manager

Responsible for the daily management of PE department, create a safe working environment for employees, continuously improve the service level of support department, continuously train and develop personnel, and promote the achievement of company's indicators.
 

1.Project Management: Work with R&D, NPI, Sales, and Quality teams based on customer requirements, and be responsible for production planning from project phase to mass production, ensuring smooth ramp-up to mass production;
2.Production Preparation in Project Phase: Organize all FATP pre-mass-production preparation activities; develop detailed production readiness plans according to project milestones; coordinate with R&D to participate in DFM reviews and propose process optimization suggestions to ensure the product design is suitable for mass production;
