Process Engineering Sr Manager (SMT) – Guadalajara, North Campus

Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, this role is responsible for managing a team of process engineers focused on improving process engineering capabilities within a specific area of the manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.
• Establish and improve process capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Manage development projects designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.
• Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
• Improve throughput in constrained areas.
• Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost, and manage cost‑reduction efforts in assigned process areas. <...
