Process Engineering Lead

We are hiring on behalf of a client: What You Will Do As the Process Engineering Lead, you will be the technical authority for sustaining engineering and process optimization while leading a team of Process Engineers to deliver excellence in yield, quality, cost, and manufacturing robustness. You will: . Own and continuously improve manufacturing processes across the full product life cycle (NPI to EOL). . Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Process Engineers. . Drive process stability, yield improvement, quality performance, and cost optimization. . Act as the primary technical expert for sustaining engineering and continuous improvement initiatives. . Maintain a strong shop-floor presence and lead structured, data-driven problem solving. .
