REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree Engineering or Metallurgy Experience in a management or leadership role Hands-on shop floor experience with Furnaces and Casting Knowledgeable with casting process variables and defect mechanisms. Background in materials, mechanical engineering or metallurgy. Familiar with thermal modeling, melt shop operations, and inlay bonding. Implement plans to improve product quality and consistency.
