Process Engineer

We are seeking multiple Process Engineers to join a large pharmaceutical client of ours on a contract basis for an initial 6 months with high chance of extension.

We are looking for a Process Engineer with expertise in the following:

• Strong experience in working with Chemical API and equipment’s such as powder handling, mixing, isolation and drying.
• History of containment systems, such as isolators, gloveboxes, and flexible containment.
• Hands on experience in design reviews and technical expectations such as PFD’s, P&ID’s, material/energy balance and walkdowns.
• Hands on experience with process safety and risk management, such as HAZID, HAZOP, DSEAR and vent sizing
• C&Q knowledge, such as conducting IQ/Q, executing protocols and overseeing C&Q
• Knowledge of automation and controls, such as DeltaV, regulated systems and change control.
