Optimization of production organization and adaptation of machines equipments: 
  • Be main actor in “continuous improvement” activities.
  • Provide process engineering knowledge in the development of new food products and set up production procedures for these products.
  • Evaluate existing equipment and systems; carry out study on reliability and on improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste; Propose improvement projects and build budget for these projects.
  • Carry out feasibility study to adapt machine equipment to new product or market requirements.
  • Participate au design and choice of production machine and equipment.
  • Be responsible for installation of new production machine, equipment and process: writing of bill of specifications, CAPEX budget, testing, adjustment...;
  • Build and regularly update database on production machine and equipment sourcing.
