Job Description

A. Process Setup & Optimization
  • Set and optimize injection moulding parameters for thin wall IML containers.
  • Conduct mould trials, sampling, and validation of new moulds/products.
  • Optimize cycle time without affecting product quality.
  • Ensure proper synchronization of IML robot and mould operation.
  • Maintain standard process sheets for all running products.
B. Production Support
  • Troubleshoot process-related issues such as:
  • Short shot
  • Flash
  • Silver marks
  • Flow lines
  • Warpage
  • Label shifting / misalignment
  • IML pickup failure
  • Ensure minimum rejection and rework.
  • Support shift engineers and operators in maintaining process stability.
  • Ensure quick changeover and startup after mould change.
C. Quality Control & Improvement
  • Maintain dimensional accuracy for thin wall containers.
