Process Engineer

Overview

• Conduct deep-dive reviews of existing operational and legal workflows to document and visualize current-state processes with a view to optimize them.


• Analyze, map, and redesign business processes across legal and business services teams, focusing on leveraging AI and automation.


• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for transformation—AI-driven and non-AI—stemming from the Services Review and other strategic initiatives.


• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.


• Collaborate with stakeholders across practice groups and departments to understand variations in workflows and pain points.


• Contribute to future-state design and roadmap development for firm-wide operational processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
