Your Job

The Process Engineer is responsible for delivering and sustaining good quality connectors to achieve high productivity with zero defects. This position will be lead the maintaining, improvement, debug & new product issues, coordinating with transfer & design team. The leadership of projects on product transfers, adding capacity, new tooling/jig and qualification.

What You Will Do

  • Mass production assembly process efficiency & quality continual improvement by individuals and teams.
  • Improving & maintaining KPI (POEE%, QAP, COPQ etc ).
  • Lead in analyzing and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, productivity, reduce scrap and maintain product quality.
  • Deal with customer complaints / notification (QN) & internal quality notification (IQN) or any process related with MQA engineer and provide short & long-term terms correct action...
