Summary

Contribute to the profitability, continuity and growth of Hollister through a focus on managing process changes, the execution of capital projects including the purchase of new equipment and providing production support compatible with Hollister’s Mission and Vision.

Responsibilities

Project Management


  • Manage process change projects through the Change Control (CC) process. Work closely with Quality Engineers to ensure products meet established quality standards, and processes meet established regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, OSHA).



  • Manage capital projects using standard project management techniques. Request capital using the Authorization For Expenditure (AFE) process to purchase custom as well as commercially available equipment from a variety of suppliers.
