Responsibilities

  • Familiar with SMT, wave soldering and testing processes.
  • Be familiar with the production processes of TV board cards and PCBA board cards.
  • Skilled in the design of steel mesh opening and wave soldering fixtures.
  • Skilled in analyzing and improving SMT, wave soldering and testing process issues.
  • Familiar with factory MES systems, CAD software and common office software.
  • Familiar with the seven IE techniques, process control plans, and PMFEA.
  • Responsible for training and promoting the application of lean production tools.
  • Responsible for organizing and implementing advanced production management practices such as lean production and 5S.
  • Organize and lead workshops to advance lean production according to plans, streamline manpower, and enhance efficiency.
