Job Description:
- Support in new product design and drawing.
- Support in study and evaluation for product and quality improvement.
- Responsible in developing the SOP/ work instructions.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/ processes related to efficiency.
- Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding principles and polymer behavior
- Hands-on experience with injection moulding machines
- Understanding of mould design
- Expertise in defect analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with scientific moulding and process validation
- Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and root cause analysis tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mould designs
- Basic understanding of automation and robotics (preferred)
