The Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing operational processes across warehouse and fulfilment activities to improve productivity, accuracy, cost efficiency, and service levels. This role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and system enhancements to ensure smooth and scalable operations that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end fulfilment processes, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, sorting, and outbound dispatch.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; develop and implement practical improvement solutions.
