Job Title: Process Engineer
Responsibilities:  Develop planning and implementing work methods and coordinate the activities of the engineering department; They are the fundamental basis for control and continuous improvement of all production processes, using Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering tools. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.
 

•  Plan and implement continuous improvement systems, optimizing the use of time and available resources of the department.
• Analyze and design flow and lay out of production processes, respecting safety and integrity standards, to contribute to the productivity of the company and the well-being of employees.
• Develop initiatives that promote the change of organizational culture (Lean Manufacturing), implementing the Kaizen philosophy and thus achieve a lean manufacturing process.
