Process Engineer, Resources (Vaughan)

About the Role

Process Engineer in the Resources subsector, supporting the process discipline on projects ranging from conceptual and feasibility studies to detailed engineering for large, complex EPCM projects. Based in the GTA offices in Ontario, you will work with industrial and mining clients across Canada and globally.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize process systems for industrial, manufacturing, or environmental applications.
• Conduct mass and energy balances, process modelling, and equipment sizing to support concept and detailed design.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, process specifications, and technical documentation to support project execution.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, environmental, and project management teams on integrated project delivery.
• Support hazard assessments, operability reviews, and compliance evaluations under applicable codes and regulations.
