Process Engineer

Develop, improve and validate PCBA processes for new and existing products and ensure the smooth and timely transition of new products from feasibility into stable production.

Providing technical leadership, support and direction for new product from Customers to Production team.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and maintaining manufacturing process flow, process parameters, and work instructions for PCBAs and final assembly.

• Work closely with QA team to resolve process issues, yield loss, and quality-related problems during mass production.

• Responsible for process setup, optimization, and improvement to ensure stable and efficient production.

• Conduct process analysis and root cause investigation on defects, failures, and production issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Support line balancing, cycle time improvement, and productivity enhancement activities.
