Process Engineer - Prai

In charge of process‑engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

Support backend process development and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Set up process controls, monitor equipment performance, and troubleshoot backend processes to ensure optimal operation.

Perform regular data collection, yield analysis, and prepare reports on process performance and key metrics.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to resolve process‑related issues.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Customers, R&D, Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure process alignment and product quality.
