Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee plating performance, conduct root cause analysis, investigate process failures and recommend appropriate solutions or corrective actions

  • Work with cross-functional teams on process capability and yield improvement projects

  • Coordinate troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses

  • Drive for continuous process improvement and permanent solutions to resolve chronic process and quality issues.

  • Develop best practices, routine and innovative solutions for continuous improvement

  • Perform Statistical data analysis for process improvement and interpretation of data

  • Apply problem solving methods and risk analysis (FMEA)

    • Education & Qualification:



  • Recognized degree in Engineering and Science, preferable chemical related.

  • Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft applications.
