Interacts with other technical personnel, principally within the assigned division, to develop a network of resources (laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing) to facilitate completion of assignments.

Performs test method ruggedness studies and may recommend improvements to test methods or develop new test methods. Documents results, observation, and conclusions in technical notebooks (or approved electronic files) and prepares reports to communicate results to appropriate personnel.
