Job Description
- Study and review all existing system and process workflow, procedure and policy of units.
- Document all system and process workflow, procedure and policy of units.
- Analyze and identify problems and concerns, develop solutions ad or improvements that will simplify, enhance and achieve high work efficiency.
- Develop standard operating process and/or procedures and make sure that it is properly documented, coordinated and discussed to all concern members and heads/supervisors.
- Monitor implementations of the standard operating process and/or procedures and ensures close coordination with heads and supervisors.
- Regularly review and validate results of the implementations of the standard operating process and/or procedures and come up with adjustment if needed.
