Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Process Design & Implementation: Develop and document standardized manufacturing processes, including the creation of Work Instructions (WI) and Bill of Process (BOP)for new product models.
• CNC Programming & Management: Create, test, and optimize CNC programs for milling and stamping machines; manage the Version Control of all G-codes and CAM files to ensure the latest revisions are utilized on the shop floor.
• Tooling & Fixturing: Design and procure specialized jigs, assembly fixtures, and inspection tools to improve accuracy and reduce operator fatigue. Cycle Time & Efficiency: Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to optimize cycle times and reduce material waste (scrap).
• NPI Support: Lead the technical setup for New Product Introductions, performing PFMEA to identify potential risks and executing pilot runs to validate mass production readiness.
