Roles & Responsibilities

Process Engineer

• Develop, optimize, and maintain electronic manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, process flow charts, and work instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
