Job Description
: Recommend and implement long-range solutions to process and or equipment-related problems within the plant.
Design and/or specify new, or modify existing, manufacturing processes or equipment to continually improve manufacturing performance. Track the effectiveness of implemented cost reduction projects.
Identify, justify, and implement cost reduction measures. Coordinate installation, debugging, and initial operation of new equipment and systems.
Provide timely and efficient support to meet or exceed the requirements of internal and external customers related to process or equipment issues.
Assume responsibility for product and/or equipment receivership on projects from corporate engineering, division engineering, etc.
Work with trades and operators to troubleshoot and resolve process and/or equipment issues in a timely manner.
