Job Description
Based at our production site in Minerbio (Bologna area), you will be part of a team of three process engineers and will report to the Process Engineer Supervisor.
The Process Engineer will be primarily responsible for process designs, improvements, and engineering support for capital projects.
Serve as the technical expert in process chemistry, process design, equipment operation, and manufacturing technologies. Develop a deep understanding of plant processes, operating philosophies, design bases, and control systems to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.Lead new product introductions, technology transfers, and scale-up activities, ensuring successful implementation into manufacturing while maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and process robustness.
