BriefJob Description:
- Design, organize, lead and monitor quality improvement studies on processes.
- Provide recommendations to department/unit heads on how services can be improved.
- Perform a time and motion study to determine manpower requirements on a particular department/unit.
-Review the layout of the department/unit to lessen wasted motion and maximize efficiency. - Conduct orientation/training to staff regarding quality improvement. Investigate process nonconformances.
- Conduct internal system audit. Follow-up on the corrective actions as result of internal audit/nonconformances.
-Conduct investigation on internal and external customer's complaint and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective action.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in a hospital set-up.
