Process Engineer

BriefJob Description:

• Design, organize, lead and monitor quality improvement studies on processes.
• Provide recommendations to department/unit heads on how services can be improved.
• Perform a time and motion study to determine manpower requirements on a particular department/unit.
  -Review the layout of the department/unit to lessen wasted motion and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct orientation/training to staff regarding quality improvement. Investigate process nonconformances.
• Conduct internal system audit. Follow-up on the corrective actions as result of internal audit/nonconformances.
  -Conduct investigation on internal and external customer's complaint and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective action.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in a hospital set-up.
• Knowledgeable on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
