Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring a seasoned Process Engineer with a strong background in design to join our automotive manufacturing client's team 20-25 minutes west of Markham, ON This role focuses on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment for automotive hinge and mechanism production. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in SolidWorks, possess deep expertise in DFM/DFA and GD&T, and have hands-on experience with metal forming, welding, and precision manufacturing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives are essential. This position plays a key role in supporting process innovation and quality within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
