Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the assembly of optical manufacturing processes
  • Lead design and assembly of tools and jigs
  • Conduct failure analysis for process improvements
  • Analyze tool and process data using SPC
  • Transition new products to manufacturing

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; PhD is a plus
  • Experience in laboratory or manufacturing settings
  • Knowledge of optical component assembly
  • Proficiency in design and communication
  • Ability to travel as required
