Process Engineer

Job Type: Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

a. Responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.

b. Quality Management - involve investigating root cause of reject and devise an action plan for countermeasure.

c. Troubleshoot production line and expedite repairs.

d. Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality and increase productivity.

e. Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.

f. Perform tests for optimization and new processes.

g. Perform test and optimization for new products.

h. Design maintenance plan and verify maintenance activities daily.

i. Accident investigation for safety issues and make countermeasure.

j. Get certified as a competent person to manage pollution control system.
