Process Engineer

Lead and manage the process engineering team.

Drive efficiency, yield, and output improvements to reduce cost and improve productivity and profitability.

Design, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes, including maintaining process documentation.

Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Take ownership of production and assembly efficiency, yield, and output performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials/Chemical Engineering (or related) with proven process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Leadership & Work Ethic: Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills; proactive, independent team player with a “can‑do” attitude.
