Job description

  • Lead the implementation and commissioning of new production processes.
  • Optimize existing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.
  • Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data and drive OEE improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and support audits and CAPA activities.
  • Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams
  • Maintain process documentation and provide training to production teams.
