Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer for the concentrator at the Kittilä gold mine. In this role, you will ensure safe, stable, and goal‑oriented production, and systematically develop the production process. You will act as a supervisor for the daily operations of the concentrator. As a process engineer, you will serve as a link between production, contractors, maintenance, and technical experts. In addition to supervisory duties, the role includes overall responsibility for the use of contractors in the concentrator's production, as well as developing production performance and implementing development initiatives.

The employment is permanent. The work is day shift and generally requires presence at the mine.
